I'm concentrating on not sucking in my stomach :/
This one might be the worst for me. I didn't even know I HAD back fat. :/ And my posture is just horrible. When I start doing weight training I'm going to try and do some back stuff to hopefully help with that.
Since my boyfriend is just absolutely amazing, he let me talk him into taking some pictures, too. His aren't nearly as bad as mine!!
We both have a lot of work to do!
Girl, you are awesome for doing this. That is a brave thing to post a picture of yourself that you think is bad. But you know what? It isn't. You forget that you've had a child and that you're working hard taking care of him! But I think it's great that now you're turning attention back to yourself and have set this goal. Obviously, you are beautiful no matter what (and always have been). Remember: You have a wonderful boyfriend that loves you, a great family that loves you, and tons of friends who love you and support you--no matter how much you may weight or how bad you think you look. But just know that I'm supporting you in this b/c it's something YOU want and are going to work hard to achieve. Go you. And I think making a blog is a good way to motivate yourself. Remember that the goal should be being healthy and feeling good, not necessarily a specific weight. You're wonderful, and YOU CAN DO IT! =]
